  • Financial & Payment Data: Online card transactions are processed securely through WEBXPAY (Pvt) Ltd. Ranweli Tours does not collect, store, or view raw credit/debit card numbers, CVV security codes, or bank credentials. All payment processing occurs on WEBXPAY’s PCI-DSS compliant secure server.

We use your personal data strictly for:

  • Fulfilling travel arrangements, hotel reservations, and transport logistics.
  • Generating customized invoice payment links via WEBXPAY.
  • Providing operational updates, driver contact details, or schedule changes.
  • Fulfilling legal, statutory, tax, and tourism board compliance in Sri Lanka.

  • Encryption: All electronic payment links utilize 256-bit SSL encryption provided by WEBXPAY and card networks (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX).
  • Non-Disclosure: We do not sell, rent, trade, or lease your personal data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
  • Third-Party Disclosures: Data is shared exclusively with necessary service executors (e.g., booked hotels, safari jeep operators, driver-guides) strictly to execute your itinerary.

  • We retain transaction records for the period required by Sri Lankan tax authorities and banking regulations.
  • You hold the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data from our operational databases once contractual obligations are concluded, provided no legal/tax retention mandate overrides the request.
